BFW surgical headlight system with adjustable headband and LUXTEC storage pouch. Unit is being sold for parts / repair due to broken connection between headlight and headband assembly.
Condition:
Headlight Assembly:
Headlight optics are clean and clear. Intensity adjustment knob is intact and responsive. The light head itself appears functional; however, the mounting/connection point to the headband is broken, preventing proper use without repair.
Headband & Adjustments:
Headband is in good condition. Superior and posterior adjustment mechanisms are intact and functional. Structure remains solid.
Padding:
All soft pads (forehead and surrounding areas) are present and in good condition.
Overall Condition:
Good cosmetic condition overall with no major cracks to main components. Primary issue is mechanical break at headlight-to-headband interface.
