1.    A. Functionality:

      -Tested using ultrasound gel on the radial artery – fully functional

      -Volume adjustable, and unit powers on with appropriate signal

   B. Cosmetic Condition:

      -Recommended to replace the coiled cable due to loose connector

      -Heavy signs of previous use

      -No dents or cracks

      -Battery cover is loose due to minor chipping – secured with tape (see pre-tape & post-tape images)

      -Clip on the back is missing

      -Probe holder is intact
