Pre-owned 2013 Alaris Ref 8100 Pump Module Ref 8100DXEN91177. Unit powers on and displays a channel error upon startup when hooked up with the PC unit  Visual inspection shows clean casing, intact display, responsive buttons (except channel select), and a smooth door latch mechanism. Sold individually — 10 units available with serials and DOMs listed below. Ideal for parts, repair, or refurbishment use.

Visual & Cosmetic Inspection:

  • Module casing is free frm dents or cracks. has some minor scuffs
  • Front panle & display is intact, no scratches or damage
  • Buttons are intact (Channel select, pause, channel off, restart)
  • Door & latch mechanism opens & closes smoothly
  • Rear connection pins are clean, intact & undamaged
  • Regulatory labels, Ref & SNs are legible
Power & Initilization:
  • Module powers on correctly when attached to controller
  • Display screen is active & readable
  • Indicator lights are functional 
  • Audible alarm sound on startup
Functionality Test:
Reported error when hooked up with the main PC unit : Eror coded : 200.5040
Error 200.5040 can result from incompatibility between the Alaris 8100 pump module and the PCU (8015), especially when firmware versions differ or are not synchronized.
It can also stem from a hardware fault, but in many mixed-system setups, firmware mismatch is the true trigger.
  • Channel select button unresponsive due to channel error
  • Pause button is responsive
  • Restart button is responsive
  • Channel Off button is responsive
  • Door clamp sensor responds (open/close detection)
