Masimo RAD-5 handheld pulse oximeter with Masimo Rainbow RC-1 extension cable and LNCS reusable adult SpO₂ sensor. Unit powers on, passes self-test, and successfully measures SpO₂, pulse rate, and perfusion index. Includes OEM protective case. Cosmetic wear with minor stress cracks noted.
