Masimo RAD-5V handheld pulse oximeter with reusable adult SpO₂ sensor. Unit powers on, passes self-test, and displays monitoring interface. Minor cosmetic wear with a faint crack near the sensor connector. Suitable for spot-check monitoring applications.

Front Housing: Faint hairline crack noted near the sensor connector port (see images). Does not appear to affect functionality.

Rear Housing: Clean with no cracks or major damage. Labels and data plate remain legible.

Battery Compartment: Battery door intact and secure. Minor signs of use present.

Display Condition: LED display is bright, clear, and fully legible.

Buttons & Controls: Soft keys, brightness, volume, and alarm controls are responsive and functioning properly.
