Battery is installed but does not hold charge (replacement recommended). Comes with 5100C-PB pre-amplifier (housing intact, lock clamps broken/missing plastic cover), RSC-3 and RSC-4 reusable sensor cables, OEM USB flash drive, and hospital-grade power cord.
