SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The Somanetics INVOS 5100C Cerebral/Somatic Oximeter is a non-invasive monitoring system for both adult and pediatric patients, providing real-time measurement of regional cerebral and somatic oxygen saturation (rSO₂). It is widely used in surgical, critical care, and neonatal applications as an adjunct trend-monitoring device.

This system is a 2-channel configuration and includes an ergonomic stand with utility tray, pull handle, and cable management hooks. The device powers on, passes self-test, and displays software and navigation screens correctly. The monitor housing is intact with no dents or cracks, and the LCD is bright and responsive.

During testing, the monitor displayed “USB flash drive not connected” even when a standard USB drive was inserted, indicating that it requires the OEM USB flash drive (Part Number 5100C-USB) for proper recognition and storage.
