Short Description:
AMS Solutions TMX 3000 Office Thermal Therapy System with integrated touchscreen console and accessory module. Designed for controlled thermotherapy treatments utilizing microwave and temperature modules. Unit powers on, initializes, and proceeds to self-diagnostic testing but displays fault messages restricting therapy operation. Includes power cord and dust cover.

Condition:
- Used – Good overall physical condition.
- Main console and monitor show minor surface scuffs and light cosmetic wear, no dents or cracks.
- LCD screen is clear with minor cosmetic scratches.
- Touchscreen responds but requires calibration and has reduced sensitivity.
- The red lead on the accessory module appears broken (see photos).
- Clock/date battery depleted (time resets on boot).
Functionality Summary:
- Power-On Test: Passes initial boot and displays TMX 3000 splash screen.
- System Message:“The TMX 3000 has discovered problems during the power-up self test. Therapy treatments will not be allowed. Call AMS for assistance, 1-800-328-3881.”
- Temperature Module Test: Displays “Communication with Temp Module has failed.”
- Microwave Module Test: Displays “Communication with MM has failed.”
- System Management: Password protected (unable to access).
- Touchscreen: Functional but needs calibration.
- Main Console: Stable power, responsive menu transitions.
- Unit powers on but cannot proceed with therapy functions due to communication faults; requires preventive maintenance and recertification from AMS before clinical use.
