Tri W-G Model 642 Motorized Tilt Table designed for physical therapy and rehabilitation. Features full 90° tilt capability, sturdy construction, smooth motorized operation, safety belts, and a tilt angle indicator. The frame is heavy-duty steel with rolling, lockable casters. Hospital-grade grounded connection required.

Cosmetic Condition:

• Overall good cosmetic condition
• Upholstery: Appears to be sand-colored vinyl, clean and free from cuts or tears
• Frame: Metallic with paint chipping and scuff marks, mostly at base
• Tilt angle gauge is intact and legible
• No cracks or damage to structural components

Functionality Summary:

• Table powers on and follows commanded tilt positioning
• Up/Down foot pedals functional on both sides

• All four casters are freely mobile and lock securely
