Covidien Nellcor bedside SpO₂ patient monitoring system in great cosmetic and working condition. Unit includes hospital-grade AC power cord, reusable Nellcor DOC-10 extension cable, and reusable adult finger sensor (new condition). Device powers on, passes self-test, and successfully displays SpO₂ and pulse rate readings during testing.

Overall Cosmetic Condition: Great pre-owned condition with minor scratches and scuffs from normal use. No cracks, dents, or structural damage observed.
Display Condition: LCD is bright, clear, and free of major scratches affecting visibility.
Housing & Structure: Solid enclosure with integrated carry handle. Handle is intact and secure. No structural compromise noted.
Front Panel & Controls: Buttons and rotary knob are intact and responsive. Trim knob operates smoothly. Indicator lights and alarm buttons function properly.
Ports & Connectors: SpO₂ port, AC power inlet, USB ports, and communication ports are intact. No bent pins or damaged connectors observed.
