Short Description:
CASMED CAS 750 portable multi-parameter patient monitor, model 750E-4MS, software version 5.0, with Masimo SET SpO2 technology. Unit powers on, passes self-test, and reaches the monitoring screen. SpO2 and NIBP were tested successfully at our end. Includes a new compatible reusable SpO2 sensor and NIBP hose with adult reusable cuff.

Condition:
Overall Cosmetic Condition:
Pre-owned unit in fair to good cosmetic condition with normal signs of prior use. Housing is structurally sound overall and the integrated carry handle is intact.
Screen / Front Panel:
LCD is bright and clearly readable. Screen lens shows surface scratches, with visible wear concentrated toward the lower left area. Front control keys / softpads appear intact and responded properly during menu navigation and testing.
Housing / Physical Wear:
No major dents or major housing cracks were observed. Cosmetic scuffs and surface wear are present from routine handling. The left-side parameter plate / side trim area appears slightly lifted or not perfectly flush near the upper corner; please review images carefully for exact condition.
Rear / Mounting Area:
Rear mounting plate is installed on the unit. This is a monitor-side mounting plate only; no rolling stand or cart is included.
Connectors / Ports:
Visible ports and connectors appear present and intact based on visual inspection. Unit is configured for NIBP, SpO2, ECG, and Microstream capnography use. No bent connector pins were specifically noted from the visible areas shown.
Functionality Summary:
Power-On / Boot Test:
Unit powers on, completes startup sequence, and reaches the parameter monitoring screen. Software version 5.0 is displayed during startup.
SpO2 Testing:
SpO2 function was tested using the included new compatible reusable sensor and responded appropriately during bench testing.
NIBP Testing:
NIBP function was tested with the included hose and adult reusable cuff and produced readings at our end.
ECG Testing:
ECG parameter is installed, but ECG was not fully tested because ECG cable / lead set is not included.
CO2 / Capnography Testing:
EtCO2 / CO2 parameter is installed, but Microstream capnography testing was not performed. Unit uses Oridion-style CO2 sampling lines, which are not included.
Battery Condition:
Battery appears to accept / hold some charge, and charging indication is shown; however, actual battery health and runtime are unknown. We recommend charging the unit overnight before use and budgeting for battery replacement if needed.
Clock Battery Notice:
Unit displays a “Clock Battery” message, indicating the internal date / time backup battery is depleted. This does not necessarily prevent basic monitoring operation, but the time/date retention function will likely require service.

Buyer Advisory Note:
This is a pre-owned medical device that has undergone limited bench testing only. SpO2 and NIBP were tested successfully. ECG and CO2 / Microstream capnography were not fully tested at our facility. The unit displays a clock battery warning, and battery runtime / long-term battery health are unknown. Preventive maintenance, calibration, and inspection by qualified biomedical personnel are recommended prior to clinical use.
