GE Corometrics Series 116 fetal monitor with integrated chart recorder. The system includes two ultrasound fetal heart rate transducers and one TOCO uterine activity transducer. The unit powers on, passes self-test, recognizes connected transducers, and produces printed chart recordings.

Overall Condition
The unit is in good cosmetic condition with normal signs of prior clinical use. Minor scratches, scuffs, and small areas of paint wear may be present consistent with routine handling.

Front Panel
Front control panel is intact. Buttons appear responsive and operational during testing.

Display
LED display windows are bright and clear with no visible cracks or display defects.

Printer Assembly
Integrated chart recorder located on the right side is functional and successfully prints monitoring charts.

Rear Panel
Rear panel connectors and ports appear intact with no visible damage.

Transducer Condition:

Ultrasound Transducer (Nautilus / Corometrics)
Probe housing is in good condition. Cable insulation shows a tear near the probe handle, although the probe was recognized by the monitor during testing.
 
Second Ultrasound Transducer (GE Compatible with Wings)
Probe housing and cable appear intact with no visible cuts or tears.
 
TOCO Transducer (Nautilus / Corometrics with Wings)
Transducer housing is in good condition. Cable insulation appears intact without cuts or exposed wiring.
 
Connectors
All transducer connectors appear clean and structurally intact.
