Covidien / Aspect Medical BIS VISTA™ Monitoring System with BISx4 (BISLOC) 4-channel module, patient interface cable, and device connect interface cable. The system powers on, initializes correctly, and displays the expected “Connect sensor or cable” prompt. LCD has been calibrated at our end and is bright and responsive.
