Nihon Kohden Life Scope BSM-6501B bedside patient monitor with installed AY-651P Multi-Parameter Module, supporting ECG, respiration, Nellcor OxiMax SpO₂, NIBP, dual temperature, and invasive blood pressure. System powers on, passes self-test, recognizes the module, and loads the full licensed parameter menu. Includes a complete set of new CE-marked patient leads and sensors (2025 manufacture).

This bedside monitor has been tested for ECG, SpO₂, NIBP, and temperature. IBP hardware is present and recognized but requires a transducer for full pressure testing. CO₂ monitoring is not supported on this module. Clinical calibration and validation are the responsibility of the end user.
