Nihon Kohden Life Scope J bedside monitor system including the 15-inch display (BSM-9101A), MU-910RA main unit, and YL-910P alarm indicator. The system powers on and shows the initial Life Scope J startup screen but freezes and does not complete boot. No patient parameter module or multi-amp unit is included. Display and housing are in good condition with normal hospital-use wear.
