Short description:
Philips IntelliVue FMS-4 Flexible Module Server (REF 865243), manufactured in Germany in 2015. Unit includes the original M8040-60100 pole clamp. Supports MMS/MX servers, X2 transport monitors, MMS extension modules, and a full range of IntelliVue patient parameter modules. Device powers on successfully, with green LED indicator. Two cosmetic chips are visible on the right upper and lower corners (see images). No modules or accessories included.

CONDITION:
Two cosmetic defects:
• Right upper corner → chipped
• Right lower corner → chipped
(Both clearly shown in photos)- Minor usage wear: light scratches/scuffs
- All module ports and internal connectors intact
- Pole clamp structurally sound and threads smoothly
- Device powers on (green indicator light)
- Possible loose plastic fragment heard inside when tilted
- No cracks affecting structural integrity aside from noted chips
- Clean overall presentation
FUNCTIONALITY SUMMARY:
- Device powers on without error
- All right-side module bays intact and physically functional
- Left-side MMS/MX module port intact and accepts MMS/X2 modules
- Pole clamp works normally
- No patient modules or recorder included for testing
Buyer Advisory:
If the software version of the main bedside monitor is older than the FMS software, the system may display “FMS Not Supported.” This is normal and only requires software matching.
