Nihon Kohden Life Scope BSM-6501A Bedside Monitor (BSM-6000 Series) with MU-651RA main unit and AY-653P Masimo SpO₂ patient module. This BIS-ready monitor is designed for high-acuity monitoring and offers a wide range of installed parameters including ECG, NIBP, Temperature, SpO₂ (Masimo SET®), and 3× IBP channels.

The system features a bright, responsive LCD touchscreen with intuitive navigation and accessible configuration menus. Unit powers up normally and performs all self-tests successfully.

• Cosmetic condition: Good overall with cosmetic dent and minor crack on the upper-left corner of the module housing (as shown).
• No structural issues; module latch and connectors are intact.
