3. 3.   The internal pole (vertical) that is responsible for adjusting the height of the colposcope seems to be missing, as a result it cannot be practically height adjusted, you may review image 9 and the encircled parts of it

      *We have attached the image from it's instructional manual to clearly explain which part of it is malfunctioning,   you are requested to review image 10 and the encircled part of it

      *Except for the height, it is mobile, and can be angled in every other way i.e slant forward and backward, in different positions and steps.

      *We have angled it in different ways to demonstrate the mobility, you may review the images and examine them      carefully

      *Height is fixed but it can be positioned in different positions horizontally

      *Colposcope comes with 2X Eye pieces

      *Light Source is working well and functionality has been checked and shown in the image section

      *Inspected on 19-02-2018

      *Comes with a power cord and the cord doesn't have any signs of tears or leakages on it

      *Has a wheel base and the wheels are in good condition as they spin freely and seamlessly

      *No dis-balances have been observed

      *Enjoys good cosmetics overall all the knobs are intact
