Connector:           Seems fine, has 2 broken pins and a couple of cracks, refer to images

Cable:                   Seems fine with no sign of insulation tears or cracks, refer to images

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Images

Lock:                     Seems good and firm refer to images

Lens/Membrane:  Seems good & doesn't have any nick on it, refer to images

Remains untested at our end as our Aspen System does not have the supporting software for this probe, you can see the error message in image 1
