Connector:           Seems nice with no sign of broken pins refer to images

Cable:                   Seems good with no sign of insulation tears or cracks, refer to images

Head & handle:   No sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Images

Lock:                     Seems good and firm refer to images

Lens/Membrane:  Seems to be in very good shape with no scuff or nick observed on it , refer to                           images

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
