Cable: OK, is a little dirty, and a slight crack is observed, refer to image 8-10
Head & handle: OK, with no sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Image 1-2
Lock: Seems good and firm refer to image 12
Lens/Membrane: Seems to be in very good shape with no scuff or nick observed on it , refer to image 6

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
