Probe Analysis:

Connector:           OK, no sign of broken pins refer to image 10-11

Cable:                   OK, no sign of insulation tears or cracks, refer to image 8

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Image 9

Lock:                     Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane:  Seems good & doesn't have any nick on it but may have some scratches                                   around the boundary of the membrane, refer to image 5-6.

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
