Short Description:

Olympus ESG-100 electrosurgical generator designed for monopolar and bipolar surgical applications. The unit powers on, passes internal self-test, and allows access to cut and coagulation modes through the front control interface. Device is in very good cosmetic condition and includes power cord only.

Condition Summary:

Exterior Housing
The device housing is in very good cosmetic condition with no visible dents or structural damage. Minor cosmetic marks and light surface scratches consistent with normal handling may be present.

Front Control Panel
The control panel is clean with intact labeling. All soft-touch buttons appear intact and responsive.

Display
LCD display is bright and clearly visible. Numeric level indicator and mode display function normally.

Connectors & Ports
Front instrument connectors and rear interface ports appear clean and intact. No visible bent pins or connector damage observed.

Functionality / Testing Summary:

Power-On Self Test
The unit powers on normally and completes its internal startup diagnostics.

Controls & Interface
Front panel controls and adjustment buttons respond appropriately. Power level adjustments and mode selections function through the interface.

Operational Modes:
Monopolar: Cut modes and coagulation modes available through interface.
Bipolar: Bipolar cutting and coagulation modes selectable through control panel.

Due to the absence of a footswitch, interface cable, return electrode pads, and HF instrument cables, RF output activation testing was not performed.
