Short description:

US Micro Optical Solutions CXRIII laboratory microscope equipped with halogen illumination, binocular viewing head, mechanical stage, and Labomed Plan Achro objective lenses. The microscope powers on and the illumination system functions properly. Unit includes four objective lenses, wide-field eyepieces, and removable daylight filter.

Objective Lenses (Labomed Plan Achro, 160/0.17):
4×/0.10 (REF 313-2005, red band), 10×/0.25 (REF 313-2010, yellow band), 40×/0.65 (REF 313-2040, blue band), 100×/1.25 Oil (white band)

 

Filter: Blue / Daylight Filter (REF 313-6060), removable, mounted above illumination source

Condition Summary:

 

Exterior Housing
The microscope body is in very good cosmetic condition. The metal frame and painted housing appear clean with no dents, cracks, or structural damage. Minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches may be present from normal laboratory use.

Binocular Viewing Head
The binocular IP head assembly is intact and securely mounted. Eyepiece holders appear clean and properly aligned.

Eyepieces
Two 10× wide-field eyepieces (WF FN18) are included. Eyepiece housings are in good condition and optics appear clear during visual inspection.

Objective Turret & Objectives
The rotating nosepiece is equipped with four Labomed Plan Achro objective lenses (4×, 10×, 40×, and 100× oil immersion). The turret rotates smoothly and objectives appear clean with intact housings.

Mechanical Stage
Mechanical stage platform is in very good condition. Slide holder and stage movement controls are intact.

Focus Controls
Coarse and fine focus adjustment knobs are present and operate smoothly.

The microscope powers on normally and the internal halogen lamp illuminates the stage area.

Optical Path
Light passes through the condenser and stage opening as expected when illumination is activated.

Controls & Adjustments
