Condition Summary:
Overall Cosmetics
The injector head is in overall good cosmetic condition. The housing is structurally intact with no major dents or structural damage. The plastic body shows normal signs of prior use including minor scratches, scuffs, and surface wear consistent with clinical environment use.
Cracks Noted:
- A small hairline crack is present near the area where the mounting screw exits the housing.
- An additional minor crack is visible near the lower rear area (as shown in images).
Both cracks appear small and do not show separation of the housing, but are disclosed for transparency.
Missing Screws
Two screws appear to be missing from the bottom panel — one on each side near the area labeled Model 4710-10.
Mounting Hardware
The stand-mount threaded screw is present and intact.
Syringe Heater / Warmer Assembly (Ref 300-3071)
The heater module is physically attached. Housing appears intact with light cosmetic wear. Cable is present on heater assembly.
Missing Rear System Cable
The main system cable that exits from the posterior of the injector head is missing (as shown in comparison image). This unit does not include the main power/control cable.
Functionality / Testing Summary:
This unit was not tested due to:

- No compatible base system available
- No power-up verification possible
