Short description:

Reina Imaging PAG Protect-A-Grid radiographic grid featuring 12:1 ratio, 178 LPI, and 40–72” focal range. Larger format grid with approximate overall size of 18.25” x 15.25”. Structurally intact but shows visible edge wear and minor corner deformation.

Condition:

Surface Panels:
Front and rear protective surfaces show cosmetic wear consistent with prior clinical use. Visible scuff marks, light scratches, and surface blemishes are present.

The black protective laminate layer shows localized lifting/peeling along the perimeter edges, particularly near the corners. In some areas, the adhesive bond between the laminate and underlying panel appears separated.

Corner & Edge Condition:
A slight dent/deformation is visible at each corner. These appear minor and limited to edge framing — no severe crushing noted.

Edges show cosmetic chipping and minor separation of the protective outer layer. No complete structural fractures observed.

Structural Integrity:
Grid body remains flat without visible warping. No cracks through the panel body were observed.

Label Condition:
Manufacturer data plate is intact but shows aging and surface discoloration. All key technical specifications remain legible.

Overall cosmetic condition is fair to good with visible edge wear.

Functionality Summary:

This grid has not been radiographically tested.
Only a visual inspection has been performed. Internal lead strip alignment and imaging performance have not been verified.
Due to cosmetic edge damage and lack of functional testing, this unit is being offered as untested / for parts or repair.

Will be carefully packaged with reinforced corner protection to prevent further edge damage during transit.
