Short description:
BOC Healthcare Ohmeda oxygen blender manufactured by Bird Products Corporation of Vision. Unit features a front-facing black oxygen concentration control knob and auxiliary flow control knob. Inferior surface includes Medical Air and O₂ inlets along with an additional “Bleed – Do Not Obstruct” port. Right side provides an auxiliary outlet port, while the left side shows a green internal jumper hose routed from the inferior surface. Designed for blending medical air and oxygen to deliver selectable oxygen concentrations for respiratory applications.

Condition:
Good overall cosmetic condition. Front oxygen concentration knob and auxiliary flow knob are intact and rotate freely. All visible gas ports appear undamaged. Unit shows light scratches, scuffs, and remnants of previous adhesive labeling consistent with prior clinical use. The front inferior board area and both right and left side faces show cosmetic surface wear. Black side fasteners/screws are present on both sides. No visible cracks or structural damage observed. Housing appears solid with intact mounting points.
