Ulrich Medical CS2256-xx Inserter / Expander instrument set in good used condition. Includes shaft assembly, expander shaft, main handle, knob assist handle, and one cassette (CS2256-12). Two original Ulrich product instruction sheets are included. Ideal for supplementing or replacing components in a Small VBR™ or ADDplus™ Expander kit.


Condition:
  • Overall good cosmetic condition with routine signs of use (light surface marks, handling wear).
  • No cracks, dents, or deformities on any metal surfaces.
  • Gear head and connection points intact and undamaged.
  • Handle grip solid; knob assist handle rotates smoothly.
  • Cassette CS2256-12 shows normal handling wear but no structural damage.
  • Leaflets clean and legible with minor storage marks.
