Short description:

Topcon VT-10 Phoropter Cylinder Extender kit. Includes four extender lenses (-0.12 CYL and -2.00 CYL), metallic Allen key, metallic adjustment plate, and threaded screw. Packaged in a blue storage case with foam insert. The tubular extender rod is not included in this set.
