    SHORT DESCRIPTION: 

      The Kinetec Performa 461 CPM is a continuous passive motion rehabilitation device designed for controlled knee mobilization following surgery or injury. It provides smooth and adjustable extension and flexion to promote recovery, minimize stiffness, and restore range of motion. With its integrated hand controller, the unit allows easy adjustment of angles, speed, force, and timer settings, making it suitable for both hospital and home rehabilitation programs. 

CONDITION:

Overall Cosmetic: Good overall condition; some minor scratches and scuffs consistent with prior use. No cracks or dents observed.

Mechanical Assembly: CPM base structure, extender, and footboard assembly are intact and structurally sound. All adjustment knobs are present and working properly.

Hand Control: Integrated hand controller powers on, LCD screen is bright and readable, all buttons are responsive. Housing shows light cosmetic wear but no cracks or dents.

Cabling: CPM coil cable intact, no cuts or tears. Includes hospital-grade power cord.

Functionality: Tested through various flexion, extension, timer, speed, and force settings; unit is responsive and functional.

Notes: Device has not been biomed certified, and no preventive maintenance (PM) history is available. STIM function not tested.
