CareFusion SomnoStar z4 EEG Headbox HB-3 with 32 labeled electrode input channels. This device is designed for use in polysomnography or EEG systems. It features clearly marked ports following the international 10–20 electrode placement system, including L/R, REF, GND, and numeric labeling from Fp1 to O2. The unit includes a belt clip and a high-density connector port on the bottom side for system interface. CE Marking: Present | Location of System Connector Port: Inferior side (bottom edge).
