     -SKF actuators are working as designed

   *Cosmetic Condition:

     -Large tear on upholstery midsection (covered with duct tape)

     -Smaller tear noted on lateral side of head section

     -Small dent on the left side panel of the table

     -Paint chipping noted around the metal feet/base

     -Hand control works; magnet missing, but Velcro can be used for attachment

     -Signs of usage present throughout, consistent with previous clinical use

     -Drawer operates smoothly

     -No cracks or major frame damage
