  *Cosmetic flaws observed:

    -Significant corner damage on top front-right (see image)

    -Surface chips, scuffs, and edge laminate separation on top perimeter

    -Scratches on side panels and drawer fronts consistent with regular use

    -Small dent near bottom rear edge
