This unit is a Natus Xltek NeuroMax Dual Channel Preamp, typically used in neurodiagnostic systems for signal amplification. It features two circular input ports for signal acquisition from channels 1 and 2, with corresponding (+/-) touchproof jacks for each. There's also a small port labeled with a probe icon, possibly for ground or auxiliary connection.
