This is a DeVilbiss 7305P-D Homecare Suction Unit by Sunrise Medical. It features a built-in vacuum gauge (0–550 mmHg), a sturdy base, and includes an external AC adapter. Designed for portable respiratory suction applications. CE# 0044.
