1.    B. Probe Head & Handle:

     *Moderate cosmetic wear, including scuffs and scratches.

     *Scan button is present and intact but cover seems missing.

     *Cracks are observed on probe housing & tape has been applied on a crack AND CHIPPED part.

     *Tape residue and minor separation at the strain relief area.

     *No fluid leakage observed.

1.    C. Connector & Cable:

     *No cuts, tears, or visible damage.

     *Connector is intact, clean, and securely attached.

1.    D. Functionality:

     *Probe is recognized by the system and is capable of measuring bladder volume.

     *Functionality demonstrated on saline bottles; no phantom or clinical testing performed.

     *Calibration is recommended prior to clinical use.
