   *The activation mechanism is controlled through a thumb-ring plunger, offering direct manipulation of the trocar's distal flap.

   *The trocar system is operated by a plunger-style actuation mechanism:

     -The thumb is inserted into the gold ring actuator.

     -The gold CE-marked GORE handle is gripped with the index and middle fingers.

     -Pulling back retracts the flap, covering the pyramidal tip for safety.

     -Pushing forward exposes the sharp tip by opening the flap, enabling smooth tissue penetration.
