CareFusion SomnoStar z4 EEG Headbox HB-3 with a full 32-channel layout, designed for use with compatible polysomnography or EEG systems. The front panel features clearly labeled electrode ports according to the 10–20 EEG placement system (Fp1–O2, Cz, Pz, T3, T4, etc.), including REF, GND, and L/R ocular inputs. A single high-density system connector port is located on the bottom edge. The unit is equipped with a rear belt clamp for secure mounting. CE# 0086.
