Pre-owned Covidien BISx LOC 4-Channel Module complete with integrated device interface cable and patient interface cable. The module was connected to a compatible Covidien BIS VISTA monitor, where it was immediately recognized, initialized successfully, and communicated properly with the monitor. During testing, the monitor displayed "Connect Sensor or Cable [14]", indicating the module completed initialization and was awaiting connection of a compatible BIS patient sensor.
