    *Control knobs function properly, with smooth up/down/right/left angulation

    *Eyepiece with focus adjuster is intact and operates as intended

1.    C. Light Transmission:

    *Tested using a compatible system

    *Bright and clear illumination observed

    *Image on naked eye: No broken fibers seen with the naked eye or during system imaging

    *Image Quality Report: No haziness or cloudiness noted during visual or system inspection

    *Leak test has not been performed

1.    D. Insertion Tube:

    *Markings are clean and legible

    *Tube is flexible and responsive

    *No cuts, tears, or deformations observed

1.    E. Connector Ports:
