Device Description:

This listing is for a Smiths Medical Portex Tracer III Nerve Locator, a portable device used to assist in peripheral nerve block procedures by locating nerves through controlled electrical stimulation. It comes with its lead set and four Kendall 533 Foam Conductive Adhesive Hydrogel electrodes (REF: 31115796, expired 2023-07-03), as shown in the images. Price for NEW = $2195.

Condition Summary:

• Device is in good cosmetic condition with only minor surface wear.
• The LCD display is bright and readable, though it shows internal hazing that appears to be cosmetic moisture effect, which does not affect visibility or performance.(review images)
• All soft-touch interface buttons (I/O, Pause, Hz selection) are responsive.
• Side ports for lead connection and optional foot pedal are intact (foot pedal not included).
• Includes a protective black plastic case with foam interior (foam shows visible age-related degeneration).
• Front latch on the case is broken and has been temporarily secured with duct tape.
• No cracks or structural damage to the unit itself.

Battery Note:
