Integra LUXTEC UltraLite® Pro fiber optic surgical headlight system with adjustable headband, fiber optic light guide, and OEM storage pouch. System is in very good cosmetic and functional condition with minor fiber wear noted.

Headlight Assembly:
Headlight is in very good cosmetic condition. Optics are clean and clear. Focus/intensity control mechanism is intact and responsive. No cracks or structural damage observed.
Headband & Adjustments:
UltraLite® Pro headband is in excellent condition. Interior padding (anterior, posterior, and lateral) is intact and clean. Adjustment knob functions properly and securely adjusts fit. Mounting hardware and clips are intact.
Fiber Optic Cable:
Approximately 10 ft transparent-type cable. Outer sheath shows no cuts or tears. Some broken internal fibers observed, consistent with prior use, but overall light transmission remains present. Includes drape/holding clamp.
Storage Pouch:
OEM Integra storage bag in good condition. Features multiple accessory compartments (interior and exterior) along with carry and shoulder straps
