   *Tested Functional: Verified with compatible Smith & Nephew light source; light transmission confirmed.

   *Adapters:

    -REF 2147 (light source side) – clean and fits securely on S&N and Wolf-type ports

    -REF 2146 (instrument side) – intact and securely mounts to endoscopes

   *Cable Jacket: Light blue; no cuts, tears, or visible damage

   *Strain Relief: Present at both ends and tear-free

   *Fiber Condition: Being a used item, some minor internal fiber breakage may exist, but light output is clinically acceptable

   *Cosmetic Condition: Good overall appearance with minor surface signs of use
