Connector:            In good shape with no signs of bent or broken pins observed

Cable:                    Insulation of the cable has a faint tear on it as it seems to be slightly pulled near the handle

Head & handle:    In good shape overall

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Has a faint chip on it that can be seen in the images


Functionality Analysis:


Air Scan: Has shadows towards the left, review functionality images

Phantom Scan: May have some weak elements, review images

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Hepato-Renal Scan done by placing scan head at Right Upper Quadrant> Compare the echotexture of 2 solid organs. Review the Vascular Scan> performed by placing scan head at Right Carotid >Review the Lumen and Blood flow > Color flow looks good
