Short description:

Huntleigh Mini Dopplex D500 handheld vascular Doppler system with integrated coiled probe cable and 4 MHz pencil probe. The unit powers on and produces clear audible Doppler signals. Device features built-in speaker, volume control, probe holder, belt clip, and calibration button. Includes headphones, audio cable, and storage case.

Console Condition
The handheld Doppler console is in good cosmetic condition with normal signs of clinical use. Housing appears intact with no cracks observed. The battery compartment door is present and secures properly.

Controls & Exterior
The volume control knob located on the top surface is intact and responds normally. The calibration button is present and functional. The integrated probe holder on the front of the device is intact.

Rear Housing
Rear belt clip is present and intact for wearable use.

Case Condition
The device includes the original storage case with foam insert. Due to age, the internal foam has deteriorated and is peeling/degenerating, which is common with older foam inserts.

 

Functionality Summary:

 

The device was tested using a new 9V battery (not included).
Power-on was verified and the device produced clear audible Doppler signals.
The volume control knob was responsive, and the internal speaker produced clear sound.
The included 4 MHz probe successfully detected arterial Doppler signals on the operator’s radial artery, confirming proper probe functionality.
Audio output through the headphone connection was also verified using the included audio cable and headphones.
