Short Description:

GE 9L Linear Array ultrasound transducer (REF 513-1433), DOM November 2005. Probe was tested and verified functional using a GE LOGIQ P6 ultrasound system (not included). Air scan, phantom scan, and right carotid vascular scan with color Doppler were performed to demonstrate imaging performance.

Condition Summary:

Overall Cosmetic Condition:
Good used condition consistent with age and routine clinical use.

Probe Head & Acoustic Lens:
Scanning surface is smooth and intact. No cracks, splits, or delamination observed. Lens shows normal cosmetic wear only.

Handle & Housing:
Housing is structurally intact. Minor paint loss and cosmetic wear noted. No cracks or structural damage observed.

Cable:
Approximately 7 feet in length. No cuts, tears, or exposed wiring observed. Slight cosmetic darkening from prior use may be present. Strain reliefs are intact and secure.

Connector:
DLM 5–260P connector in good structural condition. No bent or broken pins observed. Locking mechanism is intact and functional. Minor cosmetic paint chipping noted on connector housing.

Functionality / Testing Summary:

The probe was tested on a GE LOGIQ P6 ultrasound system (system not included).

Testing performed includes:

• Air Scan: Uniform superficial echo response observed
• Phantom Scan: Adequate penetration and consistent grayscale uniformity
• Right Carotid Vascular Scan: Clear vessel wall visualization with demonstrable color Doppler flow

No obvious dropout lines or dead elements were observed during testing.
No additional body regions were examined.
