Short Description:

GE 9L Linear Array ultrasound transducer (REF 513-1433) manufactured December 2006. Probe was tested with a GE LOGIQ P6 ultrasound system (not included). Air scan, phantom scan, and right carotid vascular imaging were performed to verify functionality.

Condition Summary:

Overall Cosmetic Condition:
Good used condition consistent with age and normal clinical use.

Probe Head & Lens:
Lens surface is smooth and intact. No deep cracks, splits, or major structural damage observed. No broken elements visible externally.

Handle & Housing:
No significant cracks or structural damage. Minor cosmetic scratches and normal signs of use present.

Cable:
Approximately 7 feet in length. Cable is slightly dirty from prior clinical use but shows no cuts, tears, exposed wiring, or strain relief separation.

Connector:
Connector housing is in good shape. Locking mechanism is intact and secure. No bent or broken pins observed.

Functionality / Testing Summary:

The probe was tested on a GE LOGIQ P6 ultrasound system (system not included).

Testing performed includes:

• Air Scan: Uniform superficial echo response observed
• Phantom Scan: Adequate penetration and consistent image uniformity
• Vascular Scan: Color Doppler flow demonstrated
• Right Carotid Imaging: Clear vessel wall delineation and flow visualization

No obvious dropout lines or dead elements were observed during testing. Image quality appears consistent with a functional 9L linear probe.
