Short Description:

GE E8C endocavitary ultrasound probe designed for OB/GYN and endocavity applications. Probe was tested on GE LOGIQ P6 with air scan, phantom scan, body scan, and color flow evaluation. Unit demonstrates good working condition with stable imaging performance.

Condition Summary:

Scan Head & Lens:
Acoustic lens is smooth and intact. No cuts, swelling, or separation noted. No cracks observed. Minor surface scratches consistent with normal clinical use.

Handle & Housing:
Handle and probe body are structurally intact. No cracks identified. May show light cosmetic scuffs and minor surface wear.

Cable:
Cable measures approximately 7 feet. Slightly dirty from normal handling but remains flexible. No cuts, tears, exposed wiring, or kinks observed. Strain reliefs are intact.

Connector:
Connector is clean and in good condition. No dents or deformation. No bent, broken, or missing pins observed. Locking mechanism operates properly.

Overall cosmetic condition: Good

Functionality / Testing Summary:

Tested with GE LOGIQ P6 ultrasound system.

Air Scan Evaluation:
Uniform element response observed. No vertical dropout lines, banding, or dead elements detected.

Phantom Scan:
Uniform grayscale response with appropriate penetration and beam consistency. No focal signal loss noted.

Body Scan (Right Upper Quadrant):
Probe head placed on right upper quadrant to visualize liver and kidney echotexture.

• Adequate depth penetration
• Stable grayscale imaging
• Good tissue differentiation

Color Flow Evaluation:
Color Doppler responsive with stable flow mapping. No abnormal dropout or instability observed.
No intracavitary clinical examination was performed, as this is beyond the scope of our testing.

• No visible dead elements
