Short description:
BK Medical Flex Focus 400 MSK ultrasound system mounted on a height-adjustable modular rolling docking cart. This configuration features a touch-based control panel interface, dual probe ports, advanced musculoskeletal and vascular imaging, color Doppler capability, and battery-powered mobile operation. The system includes a BK Medical 8870 high-frequency linear ultrasound probe and supports multiple probe types as documented in the included product brochure.

Condition:
No dents or cracks noted. Front housing and bezels are intact and in very good overall cosmetic condition.

Monitor & Display
Screen is bright, clear, and responsive. One minor vertical cosmetic scratch is present on the display surface; this does not affect image quality or usability.
Control Panel
Unit is equipped with a touch-based control panel, which differs from non-touch, button-style panels seen on some other Flex Focus 400 configurations. Touch controls are responsive and functional.
Cart & Mobility
Height-adjustable modular rolling cart in very good condition. Four-wheel caster base with two lockable wheels. Cart is stable and rolls smoothly.
Ports & Holders
Both right and left probe ports are present, intact, and functional. Probe holders are installed on both sides of the cart.

System powers on and boots properly.
Battery Module
Dock-mounted battery module is present and charging.
Battery charge observed at approximately 93%, as shown in images. Battery runtime indicator is functional. Battery health beyond observed charging behavior is unknown. We recommend fully charging prior to clinical use.
Probe Ports
Both probe ports were tested and are working properly.
Imaging & Presets
System displays multiple built-in presets including musculoskeletal, vascular, anesthesia, cardiac, general, OB/GYN, IVF, pelvic floor, colorectal, breast, surgical, uro abdominal, uro small parts, and uro prostate (preset availability depends on probe attached).
Connectivity
System supports external keyboard connection (keyboard not included). Cables are present and stored in the accessory drawer of the modular cart.

Approximately 10 ft cable. No cuts, tears, or exposed wiring noted. Strain reliefs are intact.
Connector
Connector is in good condition with no bent pins, cracks, or damage. Protective connector cover is present.
Scan Head & Lens
No dents or cracks noted. Lens surface is smooth and intact. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use may be present. Probe is equipped with a biopsy/instrument holder attachment. No biopsy needles or related accessories are included.
