Philips S5-1 sector ultrasound probe tested on a Philips iE33 ultrasound system (not included). Probe generates usable 2D images and demonstrates vascular and hepatorenal imaging during in-house testing. Unit shows fair cosmetic condition with a documented cable tear that has been taped (see images).

Overall fair cosmetic condition with routine signs of prior use. Probe housing and lens appear intact. A cable tear is present near the probe body and has been taped. No major cracks observed on the probe head or handle.
- Connector: Connector and locking mechanism intact.
- Cable: Cable has a tear near the probe body; area has been taped (see pre- and post-tape images). General cosmetic wear present.
- Head & Handle: Structurally sound with no significant cracks noted.
- Lens: Smooth with no obvious gouges or delamination.
Functionality / Testing Summary:
Tested on a Philips iE33 ultrasound system (not included).
Air Scan: Performed; probe produces ultrasound response.
Phantom Scan: Attempted; unable to fully evaluate using our in-house phantom.
Body Scan:
Right carotid vascular imaging performed; color flow observed.
Hepatorenal RUQ scan performed to evaluate echotexture of liver and kidney (images provided).
Echocardiography not performed.
No other body parts scanned.
2D imaging appears acceptable based on in-house testing. Full color Doppler performance could not be comprehensively evaluated.

This probe has not been designated for detailed clinical exams. Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility and completing full clinical testing prior to patient use.
